Barry Rogers is a partner and heads up our wills, tax and estate planning team.  Barry specialises in trusts and estates administration, wills, tax planning and elderly client issues.  Barry is also a Notary Public and undertakes work fo private individuals and for commercial firms engaged in international trade.

Barry is also a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practioners (STEP) and member of the Personal Finance Society.

Martin is a leading Wills, Tax and Estate Planning lawyer. Martin focuses on Trusts, Estates, formation of Wills, Inheritance Tax Planning, Court of Protection.

He is a Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practioners (STEP), Member of the Law Society Probate section, Panel Member of Solicitors for the Elderly, Member of the Law Society Law Management section.

Martin is also a Foundation Governor for Bishop Stopford School, Kettering, Trustee of Kettering and District Charitable Medical Trust and Deputy Church Warden for Kettering Parish Church. In his spare time Martin enjoys a round of golf, football and travelling.

Martin is also a member of our specialist Charity Law team.

Christian is a paralegal working in our Trust and Estates unit and is currently studying for his ILEX qualification.

In his spare time Christian enjoys relaxing at home and socialising with friends.

Jim works in our Trust and Estates unit and is based in Corby. Jim is an accountant for the team and prepares accounts for the various estates and trusts.

In his spare time Jim enjoys walking and table tennis and was previously a Bursar of Methodist College, Cambridge.

Kirsti specialises in Will drafting, inheritance tax planning, residential care planning and contentious trusts and probate.  Kirsti qualified as a solicitor in 2003 and has a degree in Law and Spanish.

Kirsti is a member of the Law Society Probate section, Solicitors for the Elderly and Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).

Out of the office, Kirsti is a qualified Women’s Artistic gymnastics Club Coach and Club Judge.

Lindsay qualified as a solicitor in 2005 after completing her training contract with Tollers. She qualified as member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners in 2009 and specialises in Wills, Trusts, Estate Administration and Powers of Attorney

Ruth qualified as a Solicitor in 2005, after completing her training contract with Tollers.  Ruth is based within our Wills, Tax and Estate Planning and offers advice on Trusts, Estates, Wills and Probate.

Ruth is a member of the Northampton & County Club.  Ruth is a Northampton Saints Rugby supporter and enjoys Clay Pigeon Shooting.

Sarah specialises in Wills and Probate.  Her areas of expertise include Wills, Trusts, Tax Planning and Personal Affairs. Sarah gained her FILEX qualification in 1992.

For six years Sarah was a council member of ILEX for the Northern Counties.  Out of the office Sarah enjoys circuit training, cycling and swimming.  Sarah is a Sunday School Teacher.

Sarah is a Junior Probate manager based at our Corby office. Sarah specialises in dealing with Estates and Court of Protection matters. 

Sarah is a member of the Northants and Buckinghamshire Young Lawyers group and is the Secretary for Kettering Phoenix Rotaract Club. In her spare time she enjoys eating out, walking and reading.

Steve is our Will Writer at Northampton, also covering Milton Keynes.  He deals with the preparation of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.  Steve is able to meet with you in our office or come to your home, whichever is most convenient to you.

Prior to joining Tollers Steve has had a long career in the banking industry and has spent the past 20 years as a Corporate Manager.
