Maureen is a Licensed Conveyancer with many years experience in all aspects of Residential Conveyancing and Land Law. She is the Head of the Residential Conveyancing Unit having joined Tollers in 2008 as Residential Conveyancing Compliance Manager. Maureen previously worked for one of the largest providers of Residential Conveyancing Services in the U.K.
Outside of work Maureen enjoys reading and walking.

Cheryl is a Conveyancing Manager responsible for undertaking all aspects of residential conveyancing and works to ensure that, whether she is dealing with a sale or a purchase, the conveyancing process is as smooth as possible for all concerned.
Cheryl is a committee member of Stoke Park Gun Club and Member of Northampton Saints Supporters Club. She also reads the Newspaper for the Blind at Wardington Court on a rota basis. The newspaper is recorded by four people every Monday and distributed every week to over 1500 blind people.

Francesca is a Senior Associate Solicitor and qualified as a solicitor in 2001. She joined Tollers in September 2007 and heads up the residential conveyancing team in Corby. She deals with all aspects of residential conveyancing work, including sale and purchase, transfers of equity, remortgage and specialises in equity release. Francesca is recommended by numerous developers to act for their buyers.
Francesca is also the treasurer for the Northamptonshire Law Society.
