Testimonials
"On 28 August 2004 I was involved in a RTA on the M25 in which I suffered substantial injuries and resulted in a year off work and a number of operations before I was able to return to work.
In 2006 I decided that I was not at fault for the accident and started to seek legal action against my employer. I knew this would be a difficult case to prove but I remembered Tollers solicitors. I knew if I could just get someone to listen to my side of the story and examine the facts I might stand a small chance of presenting a successful case.
I made an appointment with Tollers and was introduced to Simon Druce. Simon spent quite some time going over the evidence and examining the facts. I remembered driving back to my home in Coventry thinking to myself how professional Simon was and how passionate he was about his job and my case and it left me with a good feeling as for the first time I knew someone was on my side.
Some years past and there was a point where I began to feel a bit despondent as my case did not seem to have made any progress but once again Simon re-assured me that he was still confident that we had a good chance to present a successful case so I put everything to the back of my mind. Some time later I received a letter from Simon outlining how he was going to present my case based on a previous case history which meant I would have to accept part of the liability.
I agreed to what was recommended as Simon pointed out this was my best chance of winning my case. Things seemed to happen quite quickly after this and finally my case was settled out of court with a successful outcome.
I would like to offer my deepest thanks and gratitude to both Simon and his team as I know that without their hard work and dedication I would never have won this case."
David Ratledge
"I instructed Simon Druce of Tollers when the insurer of the third party in an RTA refused to negitiate damages for my whiplash injuries. From then on Simon acted on my behalf keeping me informed at all times. Despite the fact that the matter had to go to a hearing he acheived a very satisafctory result with damages being awarded at the top end of his range. I would be very happy to recommend Tollers and should the need arise I would instruct them again."
