Duncan has extensive experience in corporate recovery and insolvency advising; office holders, lenders, stakeholders, directors and those who are affected by insolvency. Duncan assists and advises both corporates and individuals on administrations, liquidations, receiverships, voluntary arrangements and bankruptcy.

In addition to formal procedures Duncan also advises clients on related issues inconnection with insolvency such as asset sales, retention of title issues, assetrecovery, duties and litigation. Duncan is a member of R3, (the Association of Business Recovery Professionals) and serves on its Midlands Regional Committee.

His main interests centre around sport and in particular rugby, golf, football and skiing.

Mark specialises in banking and finance, mergers & acquisitions and insolvency. He has a wealth of expertise in these areas and a strong reputation across theregion. RBS have said, “Mark demonstrates hands on knowledge of banking and finance work, he has the expertise to handle significant transactions and always takes a practical approach”.

Mark is a Director of the Milton Keynes and North Buckinghamshire Chamber of Commerce.

In his spare time Mark is treasurer of his local football club, plays golfand has an ambition to one day emulate Matt Crosse and run a marathon!

Matthew specialises in company/business sales and purchases (including management buy-outs) and commercial law.

He has advised on some of the largest corporate deals to have taken place locally for the last 10 years and has acted for companies such as Abbey National and Samsung. Matthew is an East Midlands business champion.

Matthew also leads our specalist Charity Law team.

Outside of work Matthew supports the Northampton Saints, runs marathons and plays golf.

Jeremy specialises in corporate and commercial matters and is recommended by the Legal 500. He also advises clients on corporate recovery and insolvency matters. Jeremy is a longstanding member of a Law Society committee that provides adviceand guidance to the legal profession.

In addition, Jeremy acts in an advisory capacity for the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and has represented RICS in itsdealings with HM Government. Jeremy is also a member of R3.

Outside work he races sailing boats and plays golf.

Kiran focuses on partnerships, LLPs, company formation and constitution, corporate governance, director’s duties, shareholder agreements, share acquisition and disposals, terms of trading, agency and distribution agreements and share agreements. Kiran joined Tollers in 2007 and and is now a qualified assistant solicitor.

During her training contract, Kiran gained extensive experience incommercial transactions, having worked in the firm’s commercial property, employment and dispute resolution departments. Outside work, Kiran enjoys running, tennis and has recently started yoga. She also enjoys interior design.

Tracy has been involved in a variety of corporate transactions during her time with the firm and has assisted many local businesses with commercial matters. Tracy joined the firm in 2007 and is a qualified assistant solicitor. Outside of work, Tracy enjoys playing golf and regularly attends Northampton Saints games. She is also a keen globe trotter.
