Tollers Trust & Estates Unit has an enviable reputation in the region. To compliment this service Tollers offer specialist dispute resolution service, recognising the increasing litigious nature of claims surrounding Wills and Trusts brought about by the break up of the family unit and increasing size of Estates.
Head of Dispute Resolution Tom Kings, who qualified in 1984, has spent the last eight years specialising in Wills Disputes and inheritance claims, becoming an Associate member of the Association of Contested Trust and Probate Specialists in the process.
